| Objective:To study the effect of Yangyin Runmu Pill on the expression of NLRP3/Caspase-1 in conjunctival epithelial cells of dry eye rabbits,and to analyze the intervention effect of Yangyin Runmu Pill on the occurrence of burning death in conjunctival epithelial cells of dry eye rabbits,so as to provide the basis for the clinical use of Yangyin Runmu Pill in the treatment of dry eye.Methods:A total of 40 healthy New Zealand rabbits were divided into 5 groups by random number method:Blank group(group A),model group(group B),Yin embellish pill low dose group(group C),Yin embellish mesh bolus dose group(group D),Yin embellish pills high-dose group(group E),which the dry eye building B-E group,after the success of the building groups respectively with distilled water and different doses of Yin embellish pill lavage,medication before and after each tear secretion test,it appears burst was detected in time and cornea dyeing,using Western blot methoddetermination of NLRP3 in rabbit conjunctival epithelial cells,caspase 1 protein expression.Results:Compared with model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01):Yangyin Runmu pill could increase the secretion of tear,stabilize tear film function,prolong tear film rupture time,repair corneal epithelial cells,inhibit the expression of NLRP3 and Caspase-1 in conjunctival epithelial cells of dry eye rabbits.Conclusion:Using 0.1%benzalkonium chloride solution eye drops to the eyes,different doses of Yangyin runmu pills can increase tear secretion,prolong tear film rupture time,and repair corneal epithelial cells for rabbit dry eyes after modeling.At the same time,it can reduce the expression of NLRP3 and Caspase-1 in conjunctival epithelial cells of dry eye model rabbits.Yangyin Runmu Pill can inhibit cell pyroptosis by regulating the level of NLRP3 and Caspase-1 in the process of cell pyroptosis.The effect of Yangyin Runmu Pill high dose group was stronger than medium and low dose group. |
