Objective:Observation of acupuncture and meridian and the effect of rehabilitation of paralysis after stroke patients ability of activities of daily living, limb movement function and the degree of neural function defect, the evaluation of acupuncture of Du Meridian mainly combined with the clinical curative effect of rehabilitation technique in the treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis. Methods:The stroke paralysis 50 cases spasm patients, randomly divided into acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group of 25 cases. On the basis of routine therapy, acupuncture group, acupuncture of Du meridian, acupuncture, Hua Tuo clip ridge cave and rehabilitation therapy and routine acupuncture group was treated with routine acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy every week for six days, rest day, surrounded by a course of treatment. Before treatment, the day after the end of treatment and after the end of the course of treatment, the scores of daily activities of daily life(ADL), the function of limb motor function(FMA) and neurological deficit score(NDS) were assessed respectively.Results:1. Acupuncture of Du group clinical control, markedly effective, effective and ineffective were 3 cases, 13 cases, 5 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 84%; the routine acupuncture group clinical control, markedly effective, effective and ineffective were 1 cases, 7 cases, 11 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 76%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).two groups of patients were significantly increased(P<0.01); and a routine acupuncture group than acupuncture group increased more obvious(P<0.05). The end of treatment after full three month, before and after the treatment ratio, ADL scores in the two groups of patients were significantly increased(P<0.01); and a routine acupuncture group than acupuncture group increased more significant(P<0.01).2. ADL score: after treatment, before and after the treatment ratio, ADL scores in the3. FMA score: after treatment, and treatment of ratio, FMA scores of two groups of patients were significantly increased(P<0.01); and a routine acupuncture group, acupuncture group increased more significant(P<0.01). The end of treatment after full three month, before and after the treatment ratio, FMA scores of two groups of patients were significantly increased(P<0.01); and a routine acupuncture group, acupuncture group increased more significant(P<0.01).4.NDS score: after the treatment, and treatment of ratio, NDS score of two groups of patients were significantly lower(P<0.01); and a routine acupuncture group than that of acupuncture meridian group decreased more significantly(P<0.01). The end of treatment after full three month, before and after the treatment ratio, NDS score of two groups of patients were significantly increased(P<0.01); and a routine acupuncture group than that of acupuncture meridian group reduce more significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture of Du meridian, acupuncture, and Hua Tuo pinch Jiaji points combined with rehabilitation training and conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve stroke spastic paralysis after patients activities of daily living ability, improve the motor function and reduce the degree of neurological deficits, and Du meridian acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, and Hua Tuo clip Jiaji points combined with rehabilitation training and long-term curative effect were better than routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.
