The Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Spasticity After Stroke With Acupuncture On Different Sides Of Lower Limbs

Cerebrovascular disease that is cerebral apoplexy.It makes up of the three big deadly etiological factor with cardiac disease and cancer.It has the characteristic such as high disease incidence,high actual,and high fatality rate. Hemiplegia is the main functional disturbance which cerebral apoplexy remnant.Hypermyotonia is the common complication in it.About 80% hemiplegia patients start to occur affection side member spasm 3 weeks after morbidity.It will cumber the reconstruction of normal athletics mode,and affect the enhancement clinic curative effect,if we let spasticity continue because of miss treatment and mistreatment.This subject observes treatment effect with acupuncture to treat lower limb muscular tension heighten,which bases on clinical feature of limbs spasticity condition after stroke,and combine with acupuncture treatment.1.Purpose:Observes treatment effect with acupuncture to treat lower limb muscular tension heighten through the method of extremity spasticity continue(clinic clonus index CSI) and extremity function(Fugl-Meyer scale).2.Method:Choose 80 cases patients,and divide them into 4 groups:20 cases front group, 20 cases back group,20 cases left sides group,20 cases right sides groups. Those are A group B group C group and D group.Treat the four groups with acupuncture.Poke directly.The deep of needling bases on point is from 0.8 inches to 2 inches.Mild reinforcing and attenuating after getting the Qi,and continue revolution for 2 minutes,and leave the needle for 30 minutes.Give a treatment once a day and last 3 weeks.Observe extremity spasticity(clinic clonus index CSI) and extremity function(Fugl-Meyer scale) of patients comparatively.3.Result: Compare therapeutic effect of group B,C and D before treatment with after treatment.The result is assign mark of CSI is lower,and the degree of spasticity is relieved(P＜0.05).Although CSI of group A is lower compared before treatment with after treatment,it does not have statistics significance (P＞0.05).Compare therapeutic effect of group A,B,C and D themselves before treatment.CSI of them and the degree of spasticity are uniformity (P＞0.05).Compare therapeutic effect of group B,C and D themselves after treatment.CSI of them and the degree of spasticity are uniformity(P＞0.05).Compare therapeutic effect of group A with group B,C and D.CSI of them are differential.The degree of spasticity easement of group B C and D is better than group A.Compare group A,B,C and D before treatment with after treatment.Score of Fugl-Meyer is higher,and the extremity function is improved(P＜0.05).Compare therapeutic effect of group A,B,C and D themselves before treatment.Score of Fugl-Meyer of them and are uniformity(P＞0.05).After treatment,compare therapeutic effect of group B,C and D themselves.Score of Fugl-Meyer of them are uniformity(P＞0.05).Compare therapeutic effect of group A with group B,C and D.Score of Fugl-Meyer of them are differential(P＜0.05).That accounts for that the extremity function easement of group B C and D is better than group A.4.Conclusion:①In these 4 groups,group B,C and D have the function that allays the spasm (P＜0.05).Compare therapeutic effect of group B,C and D themselves.It has no difference in the function of spasm mitigation.②Score of Fugl-Meyer of these four groups before treatment and after treatment are significant(P＜0.05).It is good for amelioration of limbs function.But there isn't significance in the comparison of group B,C and D themselves(P＞0.05).There is significance in the comparison of group A with group B,C and D(P＜0.05).The degree of limbs function melioration of group A is the worst.
