| Objective:In this study,head acupuncture and cluster acupuncture combined with rehabilitation Bobath technology were used to treat upper limb motor dysfunction in the convalescent period of stroke,aiming to organically combine traditional Chinese acupuncture and modern rehabilitation treatment technology,and open up a new way to explore the treatment of motor dysfunction caused by upper limb spasm in the convalescent period of stroke patients.Methods:All the research cases of this subject were from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018-01-01 to 2018-12-31,and 72 patients with upper limb paralysis in the recovery period of stroke met the inclusion criteria.Strictly using the random number table method,72 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,36 patients in each group,both groups were given basic medicine treatment of cerebrovascular disease neurology.The treatment group was treated with head acupuncture and cong acupuncture combined with Bobath technology for rehabilitation(acupuncture and health group),and the control group was treated with Bobath technology for rehabilitation alone(simple rehabilitation group).Patients in both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week(except Sunday),and 4 weeks was a course of treatment.Spasm severity rating scale(modified Ashworth scale(MAS)),daily living activity ability(modified Barthel index(MBI))and upper limb motor function rating(simplified fugl-meyer motor function score(FMA))were performed before and after the treatment.After comparison and observation,the actual curative effect of the treatment was analyzed objectively,and the improvement of upper limb spasm was Judged.Results:(1)Comparison of baseline data: there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease,stroke type,as well as MAS rating,FMA score and MBI score before treatment(P>0.05),indicatinggood balance and comparability.(2)comparison of efficacy:(1)after the completion of a 4-week course of treatment,the total effective rate was based on the MAS rating of the patients.In the treatment group,12 patients showed significant effect,13 were effective,7 were improved,4 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.89%.The total effective rate was 75%,p=0.036<0.05,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(2)the MAS score of the two groups of patients after the course of treatment was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,the results were all P < 0.001,indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment,the difference was significant and statistically significant.FMA scores and MBI scores of patients in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the results were all P<0.001,with significant differences and statistical significance.(3)the improvement degree of upper limb spasm,FMA score and MBI score in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.This study observed the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture and cluster acupuncture combined with rehabilitation Bobath technology in the treatment of stroke patients with upper limb spasm in the convalescent stage,and found that scalp acupuncture and cluster acupuncture combined with rehabilitation Bobath technology could effectively improve the spasm degree of the upper limb in stroke patients with upper limb spasm in the convalescent stage,promote the recovery of upper limb motor function,and improve the quality of life.1.The treatment effect of convalescent upper limb spasm with head acupuncture and convalescent Bobath technology is better than that of the rehabilitation group alone,and its total effective rate is significantly higher than that of the rehabilitation Bobath therapy alone,which proves that this treatment scheme can better alleviate the spasm state of the upper limb,restore the motor function of the upper limb,and improve the ability and quality of daily life of the patients.2.No adverse reactions occurred in the process of this study,which confirmed that the combination of scalp acupuncture and Bobath for rehabilitation was safe and effective and worthy of wide clinical application. |
