The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Therapy Of Balanced Yin And Yang In Treating Finger Spasm After Stroke

Objective:This study compares the clinical effects of balanced yin-yang acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on finger spasm after stroke,and explores the advantages of balanced yin-yang acupuncture in the treatment of finger spasm after stroke,and hopes to be clinically useful for fingers after stroke The treatment of spasms provides a better plan.Contents and methods:A total of 60 hospitalized patients with finger spasm after stroke were selected who 么met inclusion criteria for finger spasm after stroke,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received standardized medical treatment + basic Xingnao Kaiqiao treatment + balanced Yin and Yang acupuncture treatment,and the control group received standardized internal medical treatment + basic Xingnao Kaiqiao treatment +conventional acupuncture treatment.Both groups received acupuncture treatment once a day,with needles retained 30min/time,5 times/week,treatment for 4 weeks;before treatment and4 weeks after treatment,modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)and Fugl-Meyer Hand Function Evaluation Scale(FMA)were performed on patients with finger spasm after stroke.And hand function grading scale,modified Bathel index scale(MBI)scale for scoring,collecting data and statistical analysis,evaluating the relief of finger spasm and the improvement of daily life of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and comparing the differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups.Result:1.Baseline dataBefore treatment,baseline data such as age,sex,days of illness,types of stroke,diseased hand,MAS spasticity score,FMA hand function score,hand function grading scale,MBI index score and other baseline data were compared between the two groups.The results were all P >0.05,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.The total rate of treatmentAfter 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%compared with the control group was 76.67%,the difference between the two groups was significant.Comparion within the two groups: After treatment,the two groups all had significant improvement in MAS score,FMA hand function score,hand function grading and MBI score compared with their own before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups,:after treatment,the experimental group in the field of the improvement of MAS score,FMA hand function score,hand function grading and MBI score were more significant than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both balanced yin and yang acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy have certain clinical effects in the treatment of finger spasm after stroke.The balance of Yin and Yang acupuncture therapy is significantly better than conventional acupuncture therapy in improving the hand function of patients with finger spasm after stroke,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
