| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with antagonistic muscles pull technique in the treatment of lower limb spasticity of hemiplegic stroke.Methods:40 cases who have been diagnosed with spastic hemiplegic stroke patients, were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases of antagonistic acupuncture combined with muscle stretch technique in the treatment group) and 20 cases of the control group (conventional acupuncture combined with muscle stretch technique treatment group). The patients in the treatment group take acupuncture lower limb spasm(four femoral head and gastrocnemius tendon) position and antagonist(unit two biceps, anterior tibial muscle and peroneus longus muscle of the abdomen), once a day, every 40 minutes; the control group were given routine body acupuncture treatment, every day,40 minutes each time. The two groups after the end of the 30 minutes, all the muscles pull treatment technology. And before treatment,4 weeks after treatment were observed in patients with clinical spasticity index (CSI), modified Tardieu scale (MTS),simplified Fugl-Meyer lower extremity motor function scale (FMA) and daily life ability of the modified Barthel index (MBI) changes and other relevant evaluation standard.Results:1.Two groups of patients after treatment of hemiplegic lower limb CSI index scores were lower than before treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01),and the treatment group lower CSI index scores were significantly lower than the control group, indicating that the treatment group lower limb spasticity relief was significantly higher than the control group.2.Patients of the two groups after treatment than before treatment MTS score of lower limbs in hemiplegia were decreased, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01),and the treatment group lower MTS score was significantly lower than the control group, indicating that the treatment group lower limb spasticity relief was significantly higher than the control group.3.Two groups of patients after treatment of hemiplegic lower limb FMA scores than before treatment were improved, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01),and the treatment group lower FMA score was significantly higher than the control group, indicating that the treatment group to improve lower extremity motor function was significantly higher than that in control group.4.Two groups of patients after treatment of hemiplegic lower limb FMA scores than bef oretreatment were improved, there was significant difference between the two groups and t he(P<0.01), treatment group lower FMA score was significantly higher than the control gro up.indicating that the treatment group to improve lower extremity motor function was signi ficantlyhigherthan that in control group.Conclusion:1. After treatment, the patients in the two groups of lower limbs in hemiplegia CSI and MTs score treatment before were decreased, and treatment group score was significantly lower than the control group, indicating antagonistic acupuncture combined with muscle traction technology can improve the lower limb spasticity in stroke patients, and the curative effect is obviously better than routine acupuncture combined with muscle traction technology.2. After treatment, the patients in the two groups of hemiplegic lower limb FMA score treatment before were increased and treatment group scored significantly higher than the control group, indicating antagonistic acupuncture combined with muscle traction technology can improve the motor function of lower extremity, and the curative effect is obviously better than routine acupuncture combined with muscle traction technology.3. After treatment, the patients in the two groups of lower limbs in hemiplegia MBI score treatment before were increased and treatment group scored significantly higher than the control group, illustrate the antagonistic acupuncture combined with muscle traction technology can improve the patient’s daily life ability, and the curative effect is obviously better than routine acupuncture combined with muscle traction technology. |
