ObjectiveThrough to observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Huai hua powder combined with Armillariella tabescens on acute radiation enteritis,explore the effect of Jiawei Huai hua powder combined with armillarisin tabescens on alleviating the symptoms of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, blood in the stool, tenesmus, and improving the quality of life of patients,and provide some clinical evidence for the clinical treatment of radiation enteritis in the future.MethodsCollecting the patients of Anhui Tumour Hospital from 2013.6 to 2015.12, Tumor stage has II-IV degrees and radiation enteritis has ?-? degrees,40 cases which have been received pelvic radiotherapy emerge abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, tenesmus, hematochezia, mucous stool and other symptoms,Randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Huaihua powder combined with mixture retention enema in the treatment of Armillariella, The control group using mixture retention enema in the treatment of Armillariella,2 weeks for a course of treatment.After 2 weeks, the total efficiency rate, symptoms and signs, quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Through statistical analysis, the final results were obtained.ResultsAll 40 patients from 2013.6 to 2015.12 have completed the study, Treatment group include 20 cases,7 cases were cured (35%), effective in 11 cases (55%) and invalid in 2 cases (10%).The total effective rate was 90%.The control group include 20 cases,0 cases were cured (0%), effective in 14 cases (70%), ineffective in 6 cases (30%).The total effective rate was 70%,The total effective rate of the two groups was P<0.05. There were significant differences in the treatment group than the control group, Improvement of symptom scores in the two groups,before and after treatment, the symptom scores and accumulated scores of the treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Abdominal pain,blood in the stool, tenesmus, stool consistency and frequency were significantly improved than before, The control group of abdominal pain,blood in the stool, tenesmus,stool consistency and frequency scores also decreased (P<0.05), But the two groups, the treatment group of the symptom score decreased significantly compared with the control group, the treatment group was better than that of the control group.KPS in the two groups all increased after treatment.The average number of KPS in the treatment group was 75±6.048,After treatment, the treatment group had a mean number of 88±5.231,Before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (t=-6.991, P=<0.05),In the control group, the average number of KPS before treatment was 75±6.069,After treatment, the control group was 82±8.507,Before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P>0.05),Variance analysis of the two groups after treatment:F=6.066, P=0.018 (P<0.05),It showed that the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the course of treatment.ConclusionJiawei Huaihua powder combined with Armillariella tabescens mixture retention enema in the treatment of radiation enteritis is better than pure Armillariella tabescens mixture enema in the treatment of radiation enteritis.
