The Clinical Research In Umbilical Sticking Treating Children Rotavirus Enteritis Damp-heat With Qingchangzhixie Powder

Objective： The purpose of this task is to observe children′s rotavirus enteritis whichis diarrhea due to damp-heat in TCM used by the treatment with Qingchangzhixie powderin order to determine the efficacy of Chinese medicine. Methods：90infants with RVenteritis were divided into3groups randomly，the study group and the control group oneand control group two. All of them were treated for3days. The infants in the study groupwere treated with Qingchangzhixie powder and Dioctahedrsl Smectite，in the control groupone were treated with Zhuyaliaozhixie pellet and Dioctahedrsl Smectite and incontrol grouptwo were only treated with the Dioctahedrsl Smectite. The symptoms and signs of theinfants were observed before and after the treatments and the date must be processed usingstatistical. Results： In the main symptoms and signs of improvement and total efficiency，the treatment group is better than or close to the control group one，but better than controlgrroup two and there are statistically significant. Conclusion： This shows that children′srotavirus enteritis which is diarrhea due to damp-heat in TCM used by the treatment withQingchangzhixie powder is effective convenient，low-cost，less side effect and easilyaccept by children. Also it is worth promoting treatment.
