The Research Progress Of Yichang Prescription Retention Enema In The Treatment Of Radioactive Enteritis With Pixu Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: To treat radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy for malignant tumor,according to the clinical experience of the tutor and the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and to apply traditional Chinese medicine retention enema to treat radiation enteritis.By observing and evaluating the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema on 54 cases of radioactive enteritis(pixu damp-heat syndrome),the clinical significance of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of radioactive enteritis was verified.Methods: There are 54 patients with radiotherapy for malignant tumor complicated with spleen-deficiency damp-heat syndrome of radioactive enteritis after radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 27 cases in each treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given retention enema of self-made yichang prescription,and the control group was given retention enema of kangfuxin solution.The two groups received one course of continuous treatment for10 days,and the scores of symptoms before,during and after treatment,quality of life and safety were evaluated.Finally,the efficacy was determined by statistics.Research results:1.By comparing the total effective rate of the two groups of cases,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%.Statistics showed that the total effective rate of the two groups was different(P<0.05).This indicated that the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.2.By comparing the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group on the 5th and 10 th day of treatment,statistics showed that there was a difference in the TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P<0.05).This indicated that the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.By comparing the Karnofsky scores before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group,statistics showed that there was a difference in Karnofsky scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of Karnofsky scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Observe the safety indicators of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,and no serious adverse reactions were found.Research conclusions: the results showed that the proposed beneficial intestinal party retention enema treatment of radiation enteritis patients with damp heat syndrome,pixu(spleen deficient)in clinical symptoms and symptom integral,Karnofsky score improve rehabilitation is obviously better than the effect of patients with new fluid retention enema,and no obvious adverse reaction,to explain the beneficial intestinal party retention enema treatment of radioactive enteritis of damp heat syndrome,pixu(spleen deficient)with improved clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,such as safe and effective.
