Clinical Study Of Addition Of Lianli Decoction In The Treatment Of Radioactive Enteritis With Deficiency-Cold Of Viscera

Objective The evaluate the effects of addition of lianli decoction on deficiency-cold of viscera,stool frequency,stool routine(microscopic examination of erythrocyte,occult blood),KPS score in radioactive enteritis.Methods A total of 48 patients were included in the study by digital randomized controlled trials,24 in the treatment and control groups.The control groups was treated with Compound Glutamin Entersoluble Capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Compound Glutamin Entersoluble Capsule and addition of lianli decoction.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment(14 days).To evaluate TCM syndromes,stool frequency,stool routine(microscopic examination of erythrocyte,occult blood),KPS score and safety before and after treatment.Results 1.Comparison of total curative efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01).2.Comparison of single TCM syndrome score: Comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group significantly improved the TCM syndromes(P < 0.05),and the treatment group significantly improved diarrhea,abdominal pain and fatigue(P < 0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparisons of stool frequency and stool routine(microscopic erythrocyte,occult blood)scores: After treatment,both groups could reduce the number of stools and improve the routine stool(microscopic examination of erythrocyte,occult blood)(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparisons of KPS score:The treatment group improved the KPS score(P<0.05);the control group KPS score did not improve significantly(P>0.05).5.Comparisons of safety indicators: In the course of treatment,there were no significant changes in safety indicators and no adverse reactions in the two groups.And there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusions The addition of lianli decoction in the treatment of radioactive enteritis with deficiency-cold of viscera can effectively improve TCM syndrome,stool frequency,stool routine(microscopic examination of erythrocyte,occult blood),KPS score,and improve the quality of life of patients.The observation indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group.
