Objective:To analyze the articular cavity hemorrhage of intra-articular injection of haemocoagulase agkistrodon after the arthroscopic surgery. Methods:Choose 48 patients ranging in age from 22 to 44 years old with meniscus injury as the research objects from September 2012 to September 2014. Patients were randomly divided into three groups:Group A (injection with Normal saline), Group B(injection with 2iu Haemocoagulase Agkistrodon) and Group C (injection with 3iu Haemocoagulase Agkistrodon). Intra-articular injection of these drugs were applied at the end of the arthroscopic surgery. Using flexible rule to measure the knee cross-section diameter superior 2 cm of the patellar to observe joint swelling,VAS scoring system was used to estimate the pain.Use Lysholm scoring system to assess function of the knee joint after 1 month of the arthroscopic surgery. Results:Both Group B and C had decreased joints swelling and pain compared with Group A after Id and 3d of the arthroscopic surgery and promoted the function recovery of the knee joints aftert 1month arthroscopic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions:Postoperative application of intra-articular injection of haemocoagulase agkistrodon can alleviate the joint swelling and reduce the early pain of knee joint, and promote the function recovery of the knee joints.
