Background:Knee ligament is an important stability guarantee normal movement function of the knee joint structure,It has become a hot discussion and research in recent years,The understanding and treatment of early for the rehabilitation and prognosis of the disease have a vital role. With the development of modern the arthroscopic technique,Inside the knee ligament repair and reconstruction of traditional open surgery was gradually replaced by arthroscopic surgery. But still are divided to operation period. Is evident in the two views for a period of reconstruction with the repair or reconstruction and restoration stage,Choice as to which period is better for the treatment of the disease. In the future will still be larger clinical trials and reviews research was summarized. Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of multiple-ligament injuryed knee and the clinical outcomes of the one stage reconstruction/repair with archroscopic monitoring. Methods:Collect the 42 cases of multiple knee ligament injury patients from February 2012 to December 2014,29 males and 13 females, mean age 33.5 years. The ACL and MCL injury19 cases, the ACL and PCL injury 12 cases,PCL and MCL injury 3 cases, the ACL、PCL and MCL injury 13 cases, the ACL、PCL、MCL and LCL injury 5 cases,14 cases of patients with merger of the lateral meniscus injury,Combine the 10 cases of medial meniscus injury.Patients above all ligaments in arthroscopy downward issue to rebuild or repair,Line of postoperative rehabilitation exercise correctly,Preoperative and postoperative adopt Lysholm function score and IKDC scale and the evaluation of the active motion of knee function, analysis of log data, comparing curative effect.Result:42 patients were followed up after surgery,6~ 36 months follow-up time,The average follow-up time of 12.6 months, 42 cases of patients were underwent surgery in 3weeks.No knee infection of postoperative patients.Follow-up period, all patients required knee no limited,On examination, all patients with knee before and after the drawer test negative,Lachman test negative,Dial out test negative,Inside and outside and 0 ° and 30 °turn negative stress test.Postoperative review of X-ray and MRI to see good position of internal fixation, loose, bones expanding and healing, ligament reconstruction without fracture. After review detailed record data:Knee joint IKDC scores: preoperative(22.3±4.5),(78.4±5.4) at the time of the last follow-up; Lysholm score(32.4±4.5) points preoperatively, at the time of the last follow-up(89.4±9.6); Preoperative(63.5±6.2) ° of knee joint mobility,(118.6±4.7) ° at the time of the last follow-up, before surgery compared with at the time of the last follow-up, the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusive:Knee ligament damage more the next issue of arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL,PCL and repair the rest of the ligaments can effectively restore the stability of the knee joint is an effective method for treatment of knee joint multiple ligament damage.
