Curative Effect Of HeZhongZhiQiuFang Combined With Acupoint Injection On Treatment Of Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency Type AR

Objective: This research aimed at observing and evaluating the curative effect of He Zhong Zhi Qiu Fang combined with acupoint injection on treatment of Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency type AR, to provide support for its popularization in clinical application. Methods: The patients in this research came from two centers(the Affiliated TCM Hospital of southwest Medicine University and Dianjiang Chongqing County Hospital of TCM), and using randomized controlled method way explains the difference of treatment group and control group. The included patients in our study were in August 2015 to January 2016 in hospital, the patients in this research used the Chinese native medicine preparation He Zhong Zhi Qiu Fang combined with acupoint injection for Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency type AR, and compared with the patients used oral administration of loratadine combined with budesonide nasal aerosol nasal spray. With the standard is included and excluded, we collected the clinical diagnosis of Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency type AR 52 cases effectively.In treatment group 26 cases, using the Chinese native medicine preparation He Zhong Zhi Qiu Fang, 200 ml every time, 1 times a day, and even served 7 days, every 7 days after 7 days, these patients received acupoint injection at the same time, 3 times a week, 1 weeks for a course of treatment. In control group 26 cases, using oral loratadine, 1 piece per night, even served 14 days, at the same time, the use of budesonide nasal aerosol nasal spray, sooner or later each time, 3 weeks for a course of treatment. Patients were followed up for 4 weeks after the end of treatment.And evaluate Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Rhinocoujunctivitis Quality of Life Questionaire(RQLQ) and Nasal endoscopy In before treatment, 1 weeks after the end of treatment and 4 weeks after the end of treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the total score of VAS and RQLQ in the two groups before treatment, P>0.05. The VAS and RQLQ scores of the control group 1 weeks after treatment is higher than the treatment group,P<0.05. And the VAS and RQLQ scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 4 weeks after treatment,P<0.05.2. Before treatment, there is no significant difference between the two groups of patients with single symptom score of VAS and nasal symptoms, P>0.05. Complete 1 week after treatment, in the comparison of nasal congestion, the patients the control group were higher than the treatment group sneezing and nasal integral signs, P<0.05. 4 weeks after completion of treatment, patients treated with nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing and fluid nasal symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis points were significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05.3.In treatment group, 12 cases(48%) were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective(48%), 1 cases(4%) were ineffective, the total effective rate was 24, the total effective rate was 96%. In the control group, 8 cases(33.3%) were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective(29.2%), 9 cases(37.5%) were ineffective, the total effective rate was 15, the total effective rate was 62.5%, P<0.05.Conclusion: The research of treatment by using the Chinese native medicine preparation He Zhong Zhi Qiu Fang combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency type AR has help to ameliorate symptoms, improve quality of life.
