Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Acupuncture At Xinwu Acupoint Combined With Biqiu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Xinwu acupoint combined with Biqiu Decoction group in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and compare it with the application of Biqiu Decoction group alone.To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at Xinwu acupoint combined with Biqiu Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.A simpler,safer and more effective treatment method will be provided for patients with allergic rhinitisMethods:From January 2019 to December 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the subjects were selected from 80 patients with allergic rhinitis(Pulmonary and spleen qi deficiency type)who were diagnosed and treated in the TCM Otolaryngology Clinic.According to the order of patients' enrollment,they were randomly divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with oral Biqiu Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Xinwu acupoint based on the control group.The changes in TCM symptom scores,Physical scores,and RQLQ scores of the two groups of patients before treatment and 14 days after treatment were observed.Finally,explore the advantages of acupuncture at Xinwu acupoint combined with Biqiu Decoction in treating allergic rhinitisResults:1.After treatment,TCM symptom scores,Physical sign scores,and RQLQ scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced.The results of rank sum test analysis(P<0.05)showed a significant difference2.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.50%The total effective rate in the control group was 72.50%.The results of rank sum test analysis(P<0.05)showed a significant differenceConclusion:1.Both acupuncture at Xinwu acupoint and Biqiu Decoction are effective methods for the treatment of allergic rhinitis(Pulmonary and spleen qi deficiency type),and the clinical effect is satisfactory2.Acupuncture at Xinwu acupoint combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction has higher curative effect and quicker effect on AR treatment than traditional Chinese medicine decoction Meanwhile,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,signs,and comprehensive curative effect are significantly improved3.In the 14-day clinical efficacy observation of acupuncture at Xinwu acupoint combined with Biqiu Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(Pulmonary and spleen qi deficiency type),the effective rate of acupuncture allergic rhinitis combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating AR is 87.50%,which is obvious better than taking Chinese medicine decoction alone.
