Clinical Observation Of Qizhujianpitang Decoction In Treatment Of Diarrhea Of Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Qizhujianpitang decoction in reducing the Spleen dampness of Diarrhea,we made the Sen-lingbaizhusan as a control group to evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the Qizhujianpitang decoction,for the purposes of providing theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the diarrhea.Methods:we selected the 64 patients who were diagnosed as the inclusive criteria.The subjects were randomly assigned into the control group(32)and the treatment group(32)by using random number generation method.The treatment group was treated with Qizhujianpitang,The control group was given the Senlingbaizhusan,two times a day.Both of there treated for 4 weeks.Observing the patients’ pretherapy and post-treatment conditions,including,shit character abdominal fullness,appetite,weakness,Intestinal exhaust,stomach ache,type of bulse and coating on the tongue.3 months after the end of treatment,follow-up,we will observe the presence or absence of recurrence,after theree mouths of treatment.At the same time,we observed the the advered the adverse drug reactionof patients.We used the Pass Statistics 17 to anlysizing to the data.Results:①The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,the control group is 76.67%,②On the aspect of improving syndrme of Chinese medicine,the treatment group is slightly higher than that of the control group,and the difference has statistical Significance(P<0.05).③The clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than control group with statistical significance and has statistically significant(P<0.05).④For the recurrent,the treatment group is 10.00%.The control group is 16.67%.But,there is no statistieally difference in the reeurrent between the treatment group and control guoup(P<0.05).⑤There is no statistically difference in safty in dieators,between the treatment group and control guoup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qizhujianpitang decoction can reduce the symptom of the Diarrhea of Spleen dampness obviously.The Qizhujianpitang decoction is safty,and there is no any unto ward effect during the therapy.
