Clinical Study On Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Diarrhea Type (Spleen - Dampness - Dampness - Dampness Syndrome) By Combination

Objective:The topic adopt the medthods of the integration of clinical research of Shenlingbaizhusan、Pinaverium bromide and Triple viable bifidobacterium in treating diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome(splenic asthenia and dampness stagnation type),and evaluate the efficacy and the safety, provides the theory and clinical basis for the further optimization of irritable bowel syndrome with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.Methods:The 135 patients which meet the standard set of the diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome(splenic asthenia and dampness stagnation type) are randomly divided into the observation group(45 patients)、the SLBZS(Shenlingbaizhusan) group(45 patients) and the Western medicine group(45 patients).All the groups have been observed for 12 weeks (8 weeks medication). During the observation, the SLBZS group use shenlingbaizhusan 150ml bid; the Western medicine group used oral tablet of Pinaverium bromide 150mg bid and Triple viable bifidobacterium 420mg bid. The observation group use the three medicine above. TCM syndrome score、blood routine、urine routine、fecal routine、liver function, kidney function、 ECG and other security indicators are recorded in all the three group before treatment and after treatment, all the data do statistical analysis.Results:l.The research including 135 patients with diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome(splenic asthenia and dampness stagnation type)、finished 126 cases, including 41 cases of the observation group、42 cases of the SLBZS group and 43 cases of the Western medicine group.9 patients were depigmented (the depigmentation rate=6.7%).2.There’s a highly significant improvement of the observation group in TCM syndromescore afer treatment (P<0.05).The total efficiency rate of the observation group,the SLBZS group and the Western medicine group are 60,98%,38.10%,30.23%. The total efficiency rate of the observation group is higher than the other groups after 12 weeks observation (P<0.05).3.WBC,BUN,Cr,AST, ALT in the three groups are not significantly differences after treatment(P>0.05).There’s no significant difference in adverse reactions of the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions : Shenlingbaizhusan combined with Pinaverium bromide and Triple viable bifidobacterium in the treatment of diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome(splenic asthenia and dampness stagnation type) can more significantly relieve symptoms than Shenlingbaizhusan treatment and the Pinaverium bromide,Triple viable bifidobacterium treatment,which as well as the consolidated efficacy.There is no increasing side effect. Therefore, Shenlingbaizhusan combined with Pinaverium bromide and Triple viable bifidobacterium are safely and effectively on long-term treatment of diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome(Splenic asthenia and dampness stagnation type), the method of clinical experience in IBS can be extensive promotion.
