| ObjectiveThe traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with clinical research on infantile autumn diarrhea by massage, evaluate the curative effect of standard, so as to provide clinical reference and practical, effective, can reflect the characteristics of Chinese medicine research; further optimize and improve the clinical treatment, especially the application of external treatment, to form a simple low-cost, easy to master effect the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of promotion.MethodsIn78cases, fall off in8cases, included70cases. From2012September to2013December all inpatient treatment of children in the pediatric hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou City, aged6months, more than36months. Using the method of random number table,70cases were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group (35cases) and traditional Chinese medicine plus massage group (35cases). Traditional Chinese medicine group use department experience:citrus3g, rhizoma atractylodis5g, magnolia5g, charred crataegus5g, pueraria8g, skullcap5g, berberine2.5g, huo tan mu8g, eggs flowers8g, licorice3g, differentiation modified. Traditional Chinese medicine and massage in the treatment group based on the use of pure Escherichia, back six hollow organs, spleen and stomach, abdominal massage, chiropractic, push on the seven day Anrou Zusanli bone, such practices for treatment. Two groups were treated for3days. Before and after treatment were observed in stool frequency, stool, vomiting, fever, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, thirst, urine volume, diet, tongue fingerprint changes and stool rotavirus antigen negative situation. On the changes of the main symptoms of two groups of autumn diarrhea, vomiting, fever, stool frequency compared within the group score, at the same time, the two groups were observed after treatment negative effect and RV, faithfully record the adverse reaction/test in the process of adverse events, and safety evaluation.The two groups were compared using chi square test for gender, age by two independent samples t test; mean±standard deviation with the main symptoms of fever, vomiting, defecate frequency score (x±s) said, before using paired samples t test and group t test; curative effect evaluation standard is hierarchical data, using the Wilcoxon rank sum test the number of cases of RV virus; for count data, use chi square test. With P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.ResultBefore treatment of herbal medicine and Chinese medicine and massage group had no significant difference (P>0.05) in age, gender, major symptom score aspects. Symptom score regard, paired samples t-test to compare two groups of children within the group, after the heat treatment, vomiting, stool frequency score aspects were improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05);Between the two groups, two groups of children in the72hours after treatment, herbal medicine and massage group showed no significant improvement and statistical significance (P>0.05) in vomiting, fever, diarrhea times and so on.Efficacy score, the cure rate after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group, markedly effective, efficient and inefficiency were2.9%(1/35),22.9%(8/35),60.0%(21/35),14.3%(5/35), traditional Chinese medicine and massage group were11.4%(4/35),45.7%(16/35),40.0%(14/35),2.9%(1/35), indicating that short-term efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and massage group superior to traditional Chinese medicine group (P=0.004);RV negative circumstances, the chi-square test, traditional Chinese medicine and massage therapy group RV virus negative than the number of cases of Chinese medicine group, P<0.05, statistically significant. Has been found in clinical trials adverse events, no statistical significant differences.ConclusionChinese medicine and massage group compared with the group, can effectively improve the infantile autumn diarrhea, reduce the frequency of diarrhea, and promote the recovery of the disease, and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and massage group, RV overcast conditions were better than medicine group. After treatment, the clinical follow-up found that the use of massage therapy, no adverse reactions and complications. In short, wet spleen of infantile diarrhea combined with massage therapy can be more effective in improving clinical symptoms, and efficiency will be inexpensive simple manipulation, easy to learn, easy to promote. |
