The Clinical Effects Of Component Blood Transfusion In Dogs With Hemorrhagic

In animal clinic,it always occurs blood transfusion reactions when used fresh whole blood transfusion to improve anemia in canine.Component blood transfusion refers to use the physical or chemical methods to separate the donors’ blood into different parts.It is formed to high concentration and high purity products,then according to the condition of the patient,infus the blood components what they needed.Component blood transfusion saves the blood and overcomes the past side effects and other shortcomings.In our study,experimental dogs were provided for comparative study the clinical hematology,blood biochemistry and coagulation,which infus the blood components.It is indicated that composition proved more reasonable and more scientific than whole blood transfusion through this test,to provide the theoretical basis for clinical applications.While this paper evaluate the shortcomings of manual preparation of blood components,and promote the study of preparing blood components products in clinical veterinary.Test Ⅰ The preparation of packed red blood cells and platelet concentratesTen healthy adult Beagles were screened by cross-matching.Eight adult clinical normal Beagles with the body weight of 13 kg were collected blood at 20 ml/kg.The packed red blood cells and platelet-rich plasma were prepared by centrifugation from the whole blood which collected after anticoagulant treatment,and the platelet concentrates were prepared by centrifugation from platelet rich plasma,and then collected them and stored for use.The results showed that the manual preparation of packed red blood cells contains a small amount of white blood cells and the manual preparation of platelet concentrates contains a few red blood cells.Therefore,it is to strengthen the research in veterinary clinical preparation of blood components.Test Ⅱ The changes of index in canine has a moderate anemia after components transfusionFifteen healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into five groups contained with three.We place the femoral artery fistula respectively were used to establish animal models of hemorrhagic anemia.Based on the infusion components,experimental treatments were followed:the control group,the fresh whole blood group,packed red blood cells group,fresh frozen plasma and platelet concentrates group.After moderate anemia hemorrhagic model were correct,infusion the blood components in corresponding amount.Clinical symptoms of dogs were carefully observed through the whole trial.By comparing the changes of the clinical hematology,serum protein and coagulation in before and after blood loss,1h,4h,24h and 96h after infusion to evaluate the improvement situation of each component of blood for moderate hemorrhagic anemia.The results showed that fresh whole blood and packed red blood cells both have a great improvement of moderate hemorrhagic anemia,but the packed red blood cells has fewer side effects.The platelet has no improvement of anemia.Test Ⅲ The changes of index in canine has a severe anemia after components transfusionFifteen healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into five groups contained with three.We place the femoral artery fistula respectively were used to establish animal models of hemorrhagic anemia.Based on the infusion components,experimental treatments were followed:the control group,the fresh whole blood group,packed red blood cells group,fresh frozen plasma and platelet concentrates group.After severe anemia hemorrhagic model were correct,infusion the blood components in corresponding amount.Clinical symptoms of dogs were carefully observed through the whole trial.By comparing the changes of the clinical hematology,serum protein and coagulation in before and after blood loss 1h,4h,24h and 96h after infusion to evaluate the improvement situation of each component of blood for severe hemorrhagic anemia.The results showed that infusion the fresh whole blood and packed red blood cells with crystalloid solution both have a great improvement of severe hemorrhagic anemia,but the packed red blood cells has fewer side effects.The platelet has no improvement of anemia.
