Case Analysis And Standardization Procedure For Canine Blood Transfusion Therapy

With the continuous increase in the number of domestic pet dogs,the number of patients with anemia is also rising.The causes of the disease are also becoming more and more complicated,and the prevention and treatment is more and more difficult.In clinical treatment,blood transfusion therapy can rapidly improve the symptoms of anemia,and at the same time,combined with the diagnosis and treatment of the cause of the disease,the treatment effect and cure rate of anemia diseases are significantly improved.A total of 100 typical cases requiring blood transfusion were collected from different pet hospitals in Zhengzhou City for statistical analysis.The type of disease of anemia is diagnosed by clinical symptom examination,blood routine examination,blood smear observation,biochemical examination,coagulation function examination and the like.Compared with the single treatment method for the cause alone,the blood transfusion combined with the treatment for the treatment,the cure rate was significantly improved,and received a satisfactory therapeutic effect.Based on the analysis of blood transfusion cases,establishing a standardized process of blood transfusion and optimizing the blood transfusion procedure in the clinic can reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and reduce adverse reactions and complications during blood transfusion.It has a high application value in improving the cure rate in the clinic.The results showed that among the 100 cases collected,the incidence of hemolytic disease was high,56 cases,accounting for 56%(56/100)of the total cases;blood loss diseases accounted for 33%(33/100)of the total;nutrition 10 cases of anemia,accounting for 10%of the total cases(1 0/1 00);1 case of aplastic anemia,accounting for 1%(1/100)of the total cases.The 100 cases collected involved 13 varieties.Among them,Golden Retriever accounted for 24%,Labrador Retriever 19%,Chinese Garden Dog 8%,Bichon and Deer Dogs each accounted for 6%,Xile Music 4%,Coogee 3%,Pug Dog 2%,Chow Chow Coca,Schnauzer and Husky each account for 1%.The age of the affected dog is from 3 months old to 12 years old,and the age span is large,of which 3 months old-1 year old accounted for 18%,1--8 years old accounted for 62%,8-12 years old accounted for 14%,more than 12 years old 6%.The sex ratio of male and female dogs is 58/42.The incidence of dogs has obvious seasonality,with multiple occurrences in spring and autumn,accounting for 32%and 54%respectively.Through the evaluation and summary analysis of the diagnosis and treatment effects of blood transfusion cases,a standardized process of blood transfusion is established to optimize the blood transfusion procedure.According to the standardized blood transfusion process,blood transfusion was performed on 20 cases of canine dogs in the clinic,and the cure rate reached 95%,and the effect was obvious.Actively promote the application of canine blood transfusion standardization process,combined with the development direction and cutting-edge technology of canine blood transfusion,and gradually optimize the blood transfusion program,which can significantly improve the cure rate and achieve satisfactory therapeutic results.
