Research And Application Of The Online Five-prevention System In 110kV Xianxi Substation

Substation contains a large number of electrical equipment,if operators have misoperation during operation of electrical equipment,it will cause damage to the equipments,large area power grid blackout and even harm to operators.In order to prevent the electrical equipment misoperation,microcomputer five prevention system is widely adopted in domestic electric power system.However,there are some deficiencies in the kinds of anti misoperation system,for example,can`t obtain the information of equipment real location,operation can`t work without computer key,kinds of lock to prevent missing the operation step,low reliability and efficiency problems,it also burdened the operators.Therefore,we need to research and develop a new type five prevention system that could realize real time monitoring and effective.With the development of substation technology,such as the emergence of digital substation,more and more functions could be realized in automation system.the condition of the new type five prevention goes into maturity.This paper presents a summary of the widely used anti misoperation in substations,analyses the principles and features of the on line five prevention system,reach of a new type five prevention system.The system based on IEC61850 standard and GOOSE communications technology,to realize the information transmission in the measurement and control device and protection device.It through MMS to control five prevention locking nodes.The system has three tiers of anti misoperation,station control tier to check the control logic and operation order,spacer tier to check the electrical equipment five prevention logic and realizes locking,device tier uses unit electrical locking.The system through new type intelligent ground studs,special locksets,intelligent terminals and so on,realizes device status fed back to the system,completely eradicate missing the operation step,to keep the operators and electrical equipment safe.The online five prevention system implemented and applied in 110 kV Xianxi Substation proved that it is reliable,safe and efficient.It also makes the operation easier,at the same time,it is high intelligence,suitable to the development trend of the modernize substation.
