As the power supply enterprise,the key to realize safety production is to prevent electrical misoperation.Many casualties,the disintegration and oscillation of the system,the destruction of the power facilities and other issues are due to electrical misoperation.In order to avoid the occurrence of electrical misoperation,lots of misoperation prevention systems have been assembled in the substation,but quite a little converntional Fail-safe units exist lots of defects.Meanwhile,with the continuous development of more high-technology,such as web technologies and communications,at present,mal-preventing locking technology that applied may be further improved,and brand new five-prevention mode is likely to be established.The first issue of anti maloperation system of the substation is widely used in a comprehensive summary of research on various types of locking principle five prevention system and the implementation process of anti misoperation,analysis and comparison of each of the five anti system advantages and disadvantages based on the five pointed out the direction of the development of anti lock system.The technical features of the three,the five lineanti technology in addition,starting from the communication technology,the wide application of the standard IEC61850 communication system is introduced,analysis its impact,GOOSE communication mechanism to regulate message extension,economic efficiency and compatibility of the mechanism research.On the basis of 220kV Zhuyu substation online five prevention model,describes the overall framework of the five lineanti system,the five lineanti system is divided into three levels:the station control layer,spacer layer,process layer,implementation and application of on-site technical components,with three levels of study.The station control layer is responsible for the five lineanti graphical interface display,edit and set up five anti real-time database to achieve the monitoring of the spacer layer;a spacer layer based on the IEC61850 standard,consists of five anti lock control device node,etc.,to control the five anti node through five anti logic to achieve the purpose of preventing error the process,directly face to operate the equipment layer,the five anti lock node string into the circuit breaker,isolating switch circuit two,driving the five lock and circuit breakers,so as to realize the online five prevention.In this paper,Fail-safe unit is studied and analyzed in depth through the effecively combination of engineering examples.The conclusion of the security and reliability of the misoperation prevention system are extremely high by the method of analyzing and summarizing the related operating data of on-line Fail-safe technology of 220kV Zhuyu intelligent substation in Pingtan during the four years.Seamless connection between the substation automation system and the networking Fail-safe unit have come true,all data can be operated on the same platform,the system is clear and simple,in addition,the anti-misoperation system which is based on the anti-misoperation of the bay layer has the characteristics of multi level.When all the computer station in the controlling layer are failure,Anti-misoperation Interlocking Function with installation and real-time can be realized only by the control layer,the security and reliability of the misoperation prevention system are extremely high,it can effectively ensure the safety of the whole power grid.At the same time,misoperation prevention system builds up a firm foundation in the development of electric grids due to the excellent interoperability and scalability,And scalability,in the development of the power grid to lay a solid foundation,in accordance with the direction of the development of a strong power grid.
