Safety production has always been the basis and premise in the electric power enterprise. Electric incorrect operation accidents threat Electrical safety production seriously and have a major impact on Electric power production and power network security. How to prevent electric incorrect operation accidents becomes one of the important tasks of production safety in the electric power enterprise guarantee. Therefore, it is necessary to design anti-operation logic or install anti-operation equipment, so as to realize the reliable operation and ensure the the switching operation in substation can be safe and reliable. Combining the production and site of 220kV substation technologies do the following research:This paper first reviews the development course of preventing mistakenly, introduce few of the main substation by mistake prevention form. According to the actual operation of substation site equipment, this paper designed a 220kV Mechanical anti-operation device of the disconnectors in the two bus lines, and there is a good application in the actual production. Then, this paper introduces the daily usage of the 220kV substation's Microcomputer five-protetion device, analysis and compiled the problems in the production. Finally, analyzing the reasons for the accident by some people's accident, this paper describes these issues for the construction and management system to the Daily management of the 220kV subsation.
