With the development of computer and network technology,substation unmanned become the development trend.The concept of Smart Substation proposed by State Grid was to apply advanced computer and network technology to power system operation and management.In recent years,artificial intelligence has become a new hot spot.In order to improve the intelligence of substation,it is necessary to study the application of artificial intelligence technology in smart substation.This paper introduced the existing anti misoperation system and analyzed the problems in the existing anti misoperation locking system.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper presented the design of smart substation anti misoperation locking system based on deep learning,which combined the operation ticket automatic generation system based on deep learning with the new designed anti misoperation locking system.The design of the operation ticket automatic generation system was realized in detail from five aspects,such as the generation of the expert system knowledge base,the representation of the topology of the primary system of the smart substation,the design of the inference engine of the expert system,the verification of the correctness of the operation ticket,and the modification of the structure return inference machine.For the new design of anti misoperation locking system,expanding the scope of data acquisition,integrating more smart equipment,all hardware equipments network connecting was the core idea of the design.Finally,the application of the system in switching operation of 220 kV Shanqiao smart substation is given,and the actual performance of the system was analyzed.This paper proposed an smart substation anti misoperation locking system based on deep learning.The system obtains the operation ticket through the deep learning network model,and realizes the anti misoperation function of the substation with the full network of the substation.Theoretically,the system can be compatible with any primary system topology.The system designed in this paper is an attempt to apply artificial intelligence in power system,hope to have more and more application of artificial intelligence technology in power system.
