Research On The Application Of BIM In Prefabricated Building Information Management

Under the background of integration of industrialization and information,this paper explores how to use BIM technology to integrate the whole industry chain of prefabricated building,and how to build a modern construction enterprise with full implementation of information management.First of all,a clear research object should be defined: PC structure prefabricated building is the main type in China,and it has good prospects for development,so the author takes it as a representative to study.Secondly,study the related theories including BIM technology and prefabricated building,and point out that prefabricated building project should adopt EPC management mode,which is conducive to the realization of "five-one" and the integration of the whole industry chain.At the same time,analyse the informatization of domestic prefabricated building,the result shows that it is at a low level.Thirdly,give the theory of information management by the application of BIM technology in the whole process of prefabricated building(collaborative design,components production,components transportation,components assembly,and operation and maintenance management),through reading the relevant literature and attend the related industry communication meeting.Finally,take 110 KV Shenzhen Longhua Central Substation as an empirical study case for its information management based on BIM,compare theory and practical application,analyse the value of BIM technology in the information management,and point out the problems and shortcomings.The result shows that,it will help to realize the information transfer and sharing in the whole process of prefabricated building by the application of BIM technology,which will also help to integrate the whole industry chain.In this process,information management platform of high degree of openness and collaboration will be built,which will contribute to the establishment of modern construction enterprise with full implementation of information management.At the same time,we can see there are still a lot of problems,it is urgent for us to raise awareness of information management,to increase investment and developmentefforts.The result of this study can provide the basis for implementation of information management on prefabricated building,and the guidance on the application of BIM technology in all aspects of the whole industry chain,which is conducive to the integration of industrialization and information,the realization of the “ Two Increases and Two Decreases”,and the improvement of economic benefit and social benefit.
