In the critical period of China's economic transformation,the characteristics of prefabricated buildings such as short production cycle,controllable cost,and green environmental protection are highly consistent with the development direction of the times.Higher requirements,change the long cycle,more changes in the past production mode,poor environment,large energy consumption and other issues.In the past few years,prefabricated houses have been further developed,but affected by factors such as poor design maneuverability,chaotic project management,lagging information transmission,difficulty in program implementation,and incomplete relevant laws and regulations To a certain extent,its development has been restricted.The emergence of BIM technology happens to be highly consistent with the development of prefabricated buildings.Compared with the traditional management method,BIM technology has greater application value.It realizes the informatization of management mode in the project production process and helps the construction industry to develop more efficiently and healthily.The research content is through the analysis of the characteristics of prefabricated building with BIM technology,innovative to full use of BIM in the construction process of prefabricated construction production technology for production and construction management,make whole prefabricated construction process to realize digital,and further combined with the actual engineering,from deepening design,component distribution,material management,schedule control,cost optimization in the multi-stage deepen the application.Using BIM platform of information sharing mechanism,building structure and appearance of the 3 d rendering,with relevant information updated in real time in the process of the project,the cooperated-builing parties timely communication to eliminate hidden danger,so as to prevent errors in construction process to a certain extent,reduce the engineering rework and waste of resources,further help the cooperated-builing parties real-time control project quality and safety status information,achieve the smooth progress of the project production plan to complete the target task on time with good quality research goal.The rational application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings can not only accumulate relevant valuable experience for the development of the construction industry,but also provide a more comprehensive perspective for the construction and improvement of legal regulations in the field of construction,helping this new development direction enter a virtuous circle.At the same time,the high degree of integration of the two will help the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry under the new economic environment.In the process of combining the two,the application of BIM technology in China will gradually mature,and the effective integration with prefabricated buildings can help the two promote each other and achieve mutual benefit to a certain extent.
