Since the 21st century,science and technology have been rapidly developed.Along with the shift from the Internet to the Internet of Things,the development of related intelligent products has been driven.Intelligent curtains have been widely used and more and more researchers have started Series of studies.Currently put into use most of the intelligent curtain control system are wired networking,and single function,poor stability.In order to improve the practicality,safety and comfort of smart curtains,the curtain control system of energy-saving,environmental protection and wisdom is designed.This paper designs a wireless curtain control system based on embedded technology and Zigbee technology,and mainly studies the following work.The system's hardware circuit is divided into three parts,divided into data acquisition hardware circuit,ARM control center and peripheral circuits and wireless communication hardware circuit.The data acquisition is based on TI's CC2530 chip as the Zigbee hardware platform,which is mainly responsible for collecting parameters such as light intensity,temperature,humidity and rain in the environment,and outputting and sending the collected data to the coordinator for further processing.Zigbee node and coordinator form a network through binding,and transmit data in real time;ARM control is based on STM32F103C8T6 chip as a hardware platform,designed ARM minimum composition system circuit,motor drive and control circuit,motor voltage/current acquisition circuit,Liquid crystal display circuit,press the switch circuit,buzzer alarm circuit and power conversion circuit,ARM control center data is sent through the serial port in real time,after comparing with the memory threshold to perform the appropriate action;wireless communication circuit includes Short-range WIFI control and long-distance GSM control,to achieve a real-time curtain work.System software design,Zigbee use IAR8051 development environment,ARM use Keil uVision5 development environment,two parts of the software are written in C language,two development software can be programmed,burned and online debugging,the use of network debugging Assistant to test the wireless communication signal.The program uses modular design ideas,greatly reducing the difficulty of development;which CC2530 chip embedded 8051 core,make full use of internal resources,greatly reducing development costs.Exception ARM porting system is convenient and powerful.It makes the hardware resources more reasonable to use,helps to save the cost,and also enables the control system to perform real-time multitasking and enhances the system function.In addition,it makes full use of the network library Function resources,significant savings in learning and development progress time.Through the establishment of intelligent curtain control system experimental platform,the system needs to be implemented one by one verification,the results show that the design of the control system fully meet the system design requirements,to achieve a fully functional,stable performance,ease of operation,low power consumption Intelligent curtain control system.
