In recent years,domestic and international photovoltaic power generation technology has been widely used and rapid development,more and more photovoltaic power plants put into operation.However,the majority of photovoltaic power station construction sites are remote and scattered,resulting in the maintenance of photovoltaic power plants is very difficult and cumbersome,consuming a lot of manpower and material resources.It is very important to study the remote monitoring technology of photovoltaic power station by using remote monitoring technology to solve the problem.Based on the analysis of ZigBee and GPRS technology characteristics and advantages,this paper proposed a distributed photovoltaic power station wireless data acquisition system,the implementation of Remote Monitoring Center for photovoltaic power station equipment real-time data acquisition and monitoring using ZigBee and GPRS wireless communication network.The inverter photovoltaic power plant operation data and state to the ZigBee wireless network by sending a ZigBee terminal node,the ZigBee coordinator receives the data on the network and then uploaded via GPRS to a remote monitoring center data server,remote monitoring center for analytical processing of data display in the user’s browser and mobile phone Client or APP.The main content of this paper is divided into the following sections:1,The ZigBee and GPRS hardware selection and circuit principle diagram design,including the STM32F107 chip peripheral circuit,signal conditioning circuit,ADC and ZigBee function circuit,GPRS function circuit,SPI version of Flash storage,RS232/RS485 communication,debugging interface and power supply etc.2,The ZigBee and GPRS equipment software design,complete data acquisition and processing,ZigBee network communication,GPRS data transmission,SPI Flash data storage,serial communication and other major components of the software development.3,The test of wireless data acquisition system,including ZigBee acquisition network and GPRS transmission test,through a lot of testing and continuous optimization,test results show that the design has achieved the desired results. |
