Heart disease is a kind of diseases with sudden and high mortality. It has become one of the main diseases that endanger human life. ECG detection is the most direct way to diagnose cardiovascular disease. At present, ECG detection methods commonly used in clinic include: conventional static ECG detection and Holter detection. For conventional ECG detection, patients need supine in bed. Due to using the wired cable to transmit data, this detection method is not only limiting the patient’s activities, but also obtaining patient’s ECG information for a short time. Holter instrument can be used in patients with normal activity to obtain ECG information for 24 hours, but the ECG data acquired by the instrument need to be stored in the recorder, which can not be displayed in real time.In view of the deficiency of the above ECG detectors, this thesis designs and makes a kind of ECG detection system based on ZigBee wireless network by using ZigBee technology and Lab VIEW technology. The system realizes monitoring patients’s heart disease for a long time and real-time in their daily activities.The ECG detection system is mainly composed of three parts, respectively:ECG preprocessing hardware circuit, ZigBee wireless network and host computer. First of all, according to the characteristics of ECG signal to build a vertical ECG preprocessing hardware circuit, using the designed circuit to preprocess ECG signal extracted from body surface in bipolar chest lead. The designed hardware circuit includes:amplifier circuit, filter circuit, voltage raising circuit, right leg drive circuit, and making PCB board. The preprocessing circuit can obtain the ECG signal with obvious characteristic wave group. Using CC2530 chip as the main control chip, the CC2530 core board and the bottom board are designed. Through the program design of ZigBee node, the nodes of coordinator, routing and terminal can realize automatic networking and wireless communication, the wireless transmission of ECG signals also can be realized. Finally, PC software based on USB serial is designed by LabVIEW, to achieve the real-time monitoring of ECG, ECG data storage, ECG data follow-up filtering process, heart rate calculation and so on.After debugging and testing the designed ECG detection system, results show that:the system can collect and display ECG signal for a long time and real-time; the average heart rate of false detection rate is 1.98%; after using two routers, the wireless communication distance is up to 150 meters. The system can operate stably, and has extended performance, basically reached the expected goal of the design, which has certain clinical values.
