There are thousands of newly built buildings and bridges was constructedin our country every year,in the engineering measurement and safetyassessment of these buildings, engineering survey often need to collect a largeamount of the vibration data to analyze,the vibration sensor arranged oftenneed to cover the entire building to achieve the accuracy and reliability ofmeasurement,so that connect the sensor and data acquisition device by wiresconsumes much workload.If measurement can communicate the arrangedsensor nodes and host computer in the form of wireless transmission,form awireless sensor network, the efficiency of vibration signal acquisition will besignificantly improved.In many wireless communication technology,application of the ZigBeetechnology in the field of wireless sensor is the most widely,Thecharacteristics of low complexity,low power consumption, low cost,largenetwork capacity make it in the construction of wireless sensor networks haveobvious advantages.Communication technology requires communicationprotocol,ZStack protocol stack produced by TI company can effectively playout all the advantages of ZigBee technology to achieve the signal acquisition.In this paper, through the design of the sensor node and the coordinatorso as to realize the wireless data acquisition and transmission,the coordinatorthrough the serial port to connect the PC for processing and analysis of data inreal time.The sensor node and the coordinator through ZStack protocol stackto form a ZigBee star network. Sensor node use CC2530as the core chip tocollect signals from the941B vibration sensor,the coordinator also using theCC2530as a wireless module receives the data from the sensor nodes, andconnect to the host computer through the serial port to transmit data to PCreal-time,then realize the acquisition and transmission of signal by wireless.After the completion of system structures,first has carried on thedifferent frequency sine signal test,observation on the wave spectrum obtainedin the test,to determine the feasibility of wireless data acquisition system.Thenin the actual site,we conducted a pulse test for wireless data acquisition,andcompared with the collected data obtained by wired sensors and acquisitionequipment,the data obtained from the two different acquisition modes onlyhave a small difference,the error is in the allowable range, so it can ensure thereliability of the wireless data acquisition.Considering the data acquisitionefficiency improved, this system in a certain extent can complete the vibrationsignal acquisition task.
