Research On Quality Management Of Prefabricated Concrete Housing

With the transformation and upgrading of China’s economic and social development,especially the accelerated urbanization strategy,national policies have taken the development of fabricated building to a new height,and the prefabricated building have enjoyed unprecedented opportunities for development.However,under the current circumstances,the development of fabricated housing is in a dilemma.The stages of planning,design,manufacturing,construction,installation and acceptance are out of line with each other,resulting in difficulties in ensuring the quality of fabricated housing.the quality status and problems of prefabricated concrete housing are studied,so as to provide feasible Suggestions for the construction quality management of prefabricated concrete houses in China.Firstly,differences between prefabricated houses and the traditional houses are compared.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the quality management of the prefabricated concrete houses from the design stage,component production stage,installation and construction phase,this article analyzes the management problems at the current stage from the government and the market.Secondly,according to PDCA theory and literature analysis,combined with theoretical analysis,the construction quality management and upgrading factors to make up.The expert interview method was used to verify the influencing factors by principal component analysis to get the final list of influencing factors for the quality of the fabricated concrete building.Thirdly,lessons of domestic and foreign quality managementarerespectively drew,which provides support for the design of the quality management mode of the prefabricated housing.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures of three aspects:improving quality management system,improving quality management ability and improving quality management are put forward.Management system strategy is to promote the relevant legislation and improve the standard norms;management capacity of the strategy is to strengthen the design unit,component production units and construction units management capacity;management methods can be based on the Internet information technology Management,strengthen communication and coordination among subjects,and improve quality based on QFD.
