Study On The Engineering Quality For Sinooceanland Mansion Based On Theory Of PDCA

With the continuous development of the building engineering market, theconstruction unit should continue to develop high-quality construction works in orderto meet the demand of home buyers. The quality of the construction works dose notonly have a direct relationship to the safe of the state property and people’s lives, butalso relates to the long-term growth of building enterprise as well as the applicabilityand social benefits of the engineering. The quality of the construction works hasalways been the core and key of engineering construction, and the most prominentissues in the engineering construction. Therefore, it is particularly important and haspractical significance to study how to improve the quality of construction projectmanagement level and improve the project quality.The construction process of the building engineering project involves widely,which is an extremely complex comprehensive process. Not only that, the buildingengineering also has many characteristics such as fixed project location, productionflow, varied structure types, various quality requirements and construction methods,taking up too much space, strong integrality, long work cycle and easily influenced bynatural conditions etc. These characteristics lead to that the quality management of theproject construction is more difficult than the production of the general industrialproducts.This article takes Qingdao Yuanyang Residences for example, which is abuilding engineering that I experienced. About the quality managements of theconstruction stage, this article starts from the quality planning and quality control, andelaborate the planning process of the construction quality of the building engineeringand the implementation process of quality planning. The implementation process ofthe quality control in the actual construction process of this project were measured bythe actual measurement.
