Beam bridge refers to the bridge which uses beam or truss beam as main load-bearing structure,it has good durability,strong adaptability,good integrity,mature design theory and construction technology,it’s common used as highway bridge in our country.After years of engineering practicing,the construction of the new beam bridge has formed a standardized system of construction procedures,complete quality management and strict quality control process.However,in our country,under the influence of history-thought which emphasized construction and ignored maintaince of beam bridge,so the relevant norms,bridge reinforcement rules didn’t updated for a long time,that caused to the unstandardized of bridge reinforcement quality management process which quality control standards are not unified,standardized management system is not complete,so the quality of some reinforcement engineering of highway beam bridges in China is not optimistic now.This paper is based on the Project of G30 Xinjiang Wusu to Sailimu beam bridges reinforcement engineering.The project line is two-way and four lane expressway standard,the route length is 298.976 km,including the 39.881 km of new construction,259.095 km of reconstruction,widening and lengthening 62 bridges,reinforcement 156 bridges,total investment is 4 billion 100 million yuan.Due to the special geographical location of Xinjiang,the climate is changeable,the altitude is high,the reinforcement task is heavy,the effective operation time is short,both water and the electricity are in short.In view of this,this paper intends to study management system,to establish the quality of beam bridge construction meeting the design requirements.Based on the many researches,according to the thoughts of quality management of the whole process,considered the actual situation of engineering,we put forward the standardization of quality management before constuction,standardization of quality management in construction,standardization of quality management after construction,it formed a systematic quality management system,the results are as follows:(1)Based on the the whole construction process,We put forward the concept of standardization of beam bridge reinforcement quality management,the standardization of beam bridge reinforcement quality management is divided into standardization of quality management before constuction,in construction,after construction,and give the management process and management methods in each stage,these three stages consiste the standardization of beam bridge reinforcement quality management.(2)Based on the existing rules and regulations,according to the principles of selecting indicators,combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang G30 beam bridges reinforcement project,we selected three kinds and a total of 11 indexes,established standardization of quality management before constuction index system,we determine the weight of each index,then we established the comprehensive evaluation method of standardization of quality management before constuction.At the same time,in order to improve the usability of the method and enhance the operability of the workers,a simple and easy-used computer software had been developed.Finally,we introduced the part of the project,described the practical application of standardization of quality management before constuction in Xinjiang G30,summarized the practical application effects.(3)On the base of fully use existing rules and regulations,combined with the actual needs of the project,selected the common-uesd reinforcement construction techniques,figured out the reinforcement principle and important quilty control points,formed a set of norms and standards of quality inspection system tables.Finally,we described the standardization quality management in strengthening practical application in Xinjiang G30 beam bridges reinforcement engenerring,and summarized the practical application effects.(4)Based on the existing rules and regulations,according to the principle of selecting indicators,combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang G30 beam bridges reinforcement project,we selected four kinds and a total of 15 indexes,established standardization of quality management after constuction index system,we determine the weight of each index,then we established the comprehensive evaluation method of standardization of quality management before constuction.At the same time,in order to improve the usability of the method and enhance the operability of the workers,a simple and easy-used computer software had been developed.Finally,we introduced the part of the project,described the practical application of standardization of quality management after constuction in Xinjiang G30,summarized the practical application effects.This paper innovationlly put forward the concept of standardization of beam bridge reinforcemennt quality management,established the system of standardization quality management system of beam bridge,it’s convenient to operate,easy to apply,and had social and economical benefits,it’s suitable for Xinjiang G30 beam bridges reinforcement engineering and other projects in China,it’s good for the improvement of beam bridge reinforcment quality and management efficiency.
