The urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is an important infrastructure and "lifeline" project to ensure the normal operation and sustainable development of the urban social economy.In 2015,the State Council put forward the “Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipe galleries”.In 2017,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the “Notice on the Implementation of Standardization Work for Project Quality Management”.It involves important scientific issues at the national policy level.In order to further standardize the quality behavior of the parties involved in the construction of the project,ensure the quality of the engineering entity,and successfully implement the standardization of comprehensive pipe gallery quality management,this thesis study the process evaluation method of the urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery quality management standardization,with a view to provide scientific technical evaluation methods for special projects' quality management standardization.First of all,on the basis of a comprehensive review of the research status of comprehensive pipe galleries,quality management standardization and engineering quality evaluation,connotation characteristics and construction characteristics of comprehensive pipe galleries are elaborated.The core content of engineering quality management standardization is summarized.Roles of five major responsible entities and possible problems in the implementation process are analyzed.Furthermore,condensing the concept and index system of quality management standardization evaluation,and taking "quality behavior" and "entity quality" as research objects,a process evaluation method for comprehensive pipe gallery quality management standardization with prominent characteristics of "list type" and "traceability" is proposed.This method combines qualitative evaluation indicators and quantitative evaluation indicators,as well as AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to ensure the completeness and authority of the quality management checklist,as well as the traceability and quality controllability of the quality management process.Finally,a comprehensive pipe gallery project under construction in Zhengzhou is taken as an example.From the beginning of the basic project inspection slot to the end of the main structure acceptance check,a process evaluation of the quality management standardization work of the construction unit is carried out.During the period,the project designer,the construction party and the supervisory party all carry out retroactive accountability for the project quality.Moreover,the quality management standardization fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out for the basic project and the main structure division project.Z values of evaluation results reach 1.2845 and 1.2268 respectively,achieving the expected "conformance" level.To sum up,the evaluation method of the standardized process for the quality management on the underground comprehensive pipe gallery mentioned in the article has the completeness of the list,the traceability of the problems,and the feasibility of the method;it can be recommended as the reference evaluation method for the standardization process management of related projects.
