| For an engineering project,the project quality determines the possibility of its use function.Therefore,in the actual production,the construction unit must be constructed according to the design drawings,and the quality of the project is in line with the specifications of the industry.In recent years,related systems and procedures in the industry are gradually perfecting,and the system of quality and lifetime responsibility has been deeply rooted in people’s minds.However,in the actual project construction,quality problems are still common,and quality management problems in the construction period are important guarantees for the quality of the project.Therefore,scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality management level of construction projects,how to improve and improve their quality management level,has become a subject of increasing attention to the industry.This article takes Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant project quality management as an example to study its quality management level.The main research contents include summarizing and summarizing the quality management and evaluation,QC team development and research status;discovering the deficiencies in the original research,formulating the technical roadmap and research methods of this study;introducing the quality management evaluation of construction projects and With fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,a mathematic model for project management quality management evaluation in Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant was established.Through the quality management analysis of the Taiyuan coal preparation plant,the evaluation process and results can be seen:(1)At this stage,the comprehensive evaluation score of engineering quality management for clean coal bunker project of Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant is 82.34,which belongs to “higher” level,and has greatly improved compared with the score of76.15 for comprehensive quality management before QC group activities.Explain that with the development of QC group activities in the recent period,the quality management level of project projects has been significantly improved;(2)Through the activities of the QC team,this project works well in terms of project goal planning and quality results guarantee;it needs to be improved in the aspect of engineering system guarantees,and through the study of its underlying indicators,it can be in the quality responsibility system and management system.Safeguard both aspects to strengthen the improvement and make the project quality management more efficient and scientific;(3)Although the quality management of this project has entered the “higher” level,it is still at the downstream level of this level,and there is still a far cry from the advanced quality management companies or projects.Therefore,in the management of future project projects,we must adhere to the activities of the QC team,improve current problems,and constantly improve the QC team to provide reference value for project quality management. |
