In China,Electromagnetic compatibility technology started late.The electromagnetic compatibility of domestic medical devices is relatively backward.Moreover,the current domestic electromagnetic environment has become more and more complex.According to the recent reported data,adverse events caused by electromagnetic interference increasingly appeared in China.So,it is significantly urgent and important to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of medical electrical device.For the specialties of the medical electrical device,the study of electromagnetic compatibility technology,it is great significance to comprehensively improve the electromagnetic compatibility and quality of the domestic medical electrical device.In the thesis,the general standard of electromagnetic compatibility for medical device(YY 0505)was emphasized analyzed.Combined with the standard YY/T 0316,the thesis researched on the essential performance of medical electrical device.Meanwhile,four sets of microwave products were taken as example,determine its output power accuracy,the accuracy of the output power display,the accuracy of the timing function as the essential performance.After the essential performance was determined,the radiated,radio-frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test,the electrical fast transient/bursts immunity test were selected.Two kinds of power meter(the suction power meter and the feed-through type power meter)are selected to monitor the output power of the medical electrical device.Through the comparison and analysis of test results,it showed that the immunity of power meter itself performance would affect the accuracy of the test results and the judgment of electromagnetic compatibility of the tested product.Then through study of the test equipment,electrical fast transient/bursts immunity test waveform parameters and spectrum,the analysis of the coupling way,determine the electrical fast transient/bursts immunity by conduction,radiation coupled interference by feed-through type power meter,finally put forward the corresponding solutions and test it again,solve the problem.In this thesis,three factors: the interference sources,coupling channels and sensitive products of the electromagnetic interference and their corresponding suppression countermeasure,grounding,shielding,filtering technology of the application were combined.Select the radiation emission test and electrostatic discharge immunity test,analyze the rectification process.The thesis closely combined with the engineering practice,the research results have stronger practicability,can be used for the R&D,design and test of the electromagnetic compatibility of the medical electrical device.
