Development Of Therapeutic Appliance And Research On Its Electromagnetic Compatibility

With the widely use of Electronic information technology, Micro-electronics technology and Automation technology, all kinds of electronic devices or systems' electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) become a hot point of worldwide industrial technology. Today is information age, the increasing density of radio frequency(RF), high-frequency, high-speed, high-sensitive, VLSI are widely used. The electromagnetism environment become more serious, and the contradiction between high power interference sources and low-resist-device get to more acuity, because of the high power interference sources appear. People is aware of electromagnetic compatibility is a big problem in the coming rapidly development of information era.The paper introduces the significance and background of the Therapeutic Appliance, and the trend of modern Ozone technology today and some related technologies. It discusses the design method of Therapeutic Appliance. And we design a control system base on the system function and technique requirement and the platform of AT89C51. Combining with the electromagnetic compatibility theoretics, and standards, we do a research on its electromagnetic compatibility commonness technology. We do anti-interference design on hardware and verify them to approve the feasible of system. At the same time, the method which this paper introduces can also apply in the design of Micro-control system, Appliance device ect. It also can help the manufactory to design, produce and authenticate, and have a worthy application.In summary, the main works in the paper is below:1. It introduces the significance and background of the Therapeutic Appliance, the trend of modern Ozone technology today and some related technologies, also expatiates the objective and signification of the paper, and sum up the paper chief content. 2. The paper discusses the techniques of Therapeutic Appliance targets, its constitution and function. Then, we design the whole project including hardware and software.3. Combining with the electromagnetic compatibility theoretics, and standards, we do a research on its electromagnetic compatibility commonness technology, which based on the design of Therapeutic Appliance power system.4. Combining with the electromagnetic compatibility theoretics knowledge, we do anti-interference design about Electrostatic Discharge, EFT, Surge on hardware and verify them. Finally, it proving the credibility after half-year-aging-experiment and tracking test.
