Aviation medical rescue is a kind of rescue method with rapid response and high professional degree,it has become an indispensable public service in modern society.Nowadays,Chinese aviation medical equipment development has a larger gap than developed countries.As the development of domestic aircraft platform and the continuous development of medical technology,the demand of air medical equipment is also more urgent.This paper is based on military fixed-wing medical aircraft,with electromagnetic compatibility and vibration theory,to study that electromagnetic compatibility and vibration damping requirement of airborne medical equipment,completed the design and verification and verification,provide the concept for the development of aviation medical equipment,have some reference value,and the specific work contents are as follows:(1)Based on the requirements of civil aviation and national military standards,this paper has teased out the standards for the transformation of the mechanical and electromagnetic compatibility of military medical aircraft.Taking a medical equipment as an example,the weak links have been found through principle analysis and thorough testing,and the ideas and contents of equipment transformation have been clarified.(2)Based on the equipment installation position and status on the aircraft,combined with the structural features of the equipment,to carried out the finite element analysis to the medical equipment and connected bracket.Using the results of the analysis for vibration reduction design,the reinforcement and support design of equipment,the design optimization of damper parameters,increase the fatigue life of equipment,to meet the requirements of airborne equipment vibration and impact resistant.At the same time,combined with service requirements,the general locking mechanism is studied to realize rapid disassemble and assembly without the aid of tools.(3)According to the characteristics and working principle of the equipment,suppressing the electromagnetic interference source and blocking of the equipment Starting with the propagation of electromagnetic interference and improving the anti-interference ability of sensitive equipment,electromagnetic compatibility of equipment can be improved through electromagnetic shielding,grounding,filtering and other methods to meet the relevant requirements of national and military standards.(4)Based on the ground test and flight test,and verification method verifies the reconstructed equipment to ensure that it can work normally according to the service requirements,while not adversely affecting other equipment.On this basis,the idea of equipment mechanics and electromagnetic compatibility transformation is applied to other medical equipment transformation,to final achieve the system of medical aircraft development and delivery.
