| With the rapid development of technology and materials of construction engineering in China,saving energy and protecting environment,as well as carrying green construction have gradually become a basic requirement.By virtue of its advantages in performance and environmental protection,aluminum formwork,as a new formwork material,has come to use in some domestic projects.However,the whole market of construction formwork is under a slow develop,and generally,construction enterprises are lack of a refined view of aluminum formwork’s better effect in application,especially of its performance,which has not yet been assessed comprehensively.All above have hampered the technological progress and integrated benefits of construction formwork.Based on the document analysis of factors affecting construction quality and the process of formwork,the thesis takes those factors selected as evaluation indicators,analyzes the influence paths of the factors and then establishes an evaluation index system for the factors affecting construction quality of formwork.The thesis also builds an evaluation model for the factors affecting construction quality of formwork under the study of the method to obtain the OWA weight based on combination numbers as well as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the construction case of aluminum formwork,the thesis gives weights to indicators affecting construction quality through the score of interview with expert and the method of OWA weight assignment,and calculates,based on the process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,that the comprehensive evaluation score of the factors affecting construction quality of aluminum formwork engineering is up to 93.36,which has clear shown the superior performance in construction quality.By analyzing the process and results of evaluation,the thesis draws a conclusion that as a new formwork technology,the aluminum formwork plays a positive role in enhancing construction quality in the parts of technology,materials and equipment and so on while still,there’s room for improvement in some index as operating workers and management environment.The thesis also brings forward ameliorative measures for the construction quality of aluminum formwork in view of the index data collected in evaluation process.The study of this thesis will not only benefit to raise management level of quality in those projects adopting aluminum formwork,but also provide decision references for the enterprises using aluminum formwork and promoting technological progress of green construction. |
