Chinese economic has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up. We can see construction of housing construction in large scale all over the country. While at the same time, many quality problems of engineering also emerge in endlessly. Such as the Beijing West Railway Station quality accident in the last century, the well-known “awry house” and the “crisp house”. The quality problems of housing construction have been a long-standing problem in engineering construction in China. And so many quality problems of housing construction not only harmed people’s lives and property safety, they also caused the waste of social resources and economic loss. According to the National Bureau of statistics data in 2014, the national investment in real estate development reached 9503.6 billion which grew 9.90% than last year. And housing construction area was 7.27 billion square meters which grew 9.20% than last year. In the face of such a large number of housing construction each year, it is particularly important to ensure that the quality of new houses in accordance with national legal standard.This article takes the quality of housing construction as the object, to preliminarily make sure the influence factors of housing construction based on the large amount of literature, and to construct the hierarchical structure model based these influence factors. Then to evaluate the quality of housing construction with the AHP and fuzzy evaluation based on the actual project case. And to calculate it’s quality score so as to determine the comprehensive level of the quality of housing construction.This article take a project of CMPD in Chongqing as the actual case,and to evaluate its’ construction quality based on the AHP and fuzzy evaluation. And to determine the comprehensive level of the quality of this project. It finds out that the actual quality is same to the research result through comparison, which verifies the rationality, validity and feasibility of the indexes and evaluation methods.The method of evaluating construction quality in this article is a kind of control method in advance which is different from the acceptance of unit engineering, divisional and sub-divisional engineering and the completion acceptance. We may evaluate the project quality in each process and know the actual score of the construction quality before construction. And to find out the key factors which affect construction quality, then we can formulate the corresponding measures to control the construction quality, so as to ensure the construction quality meet the national standards and the requirements of the contract. To some extent, it can also reduce rework caused by construction quality problems. Hoping to provide a reference for the industry experts, scholars and personnel engaged in the construction.
