| In recent years,driven by national and regional policies,more and more cities and regions have increased the construction of urban greenways.However,China’s urban greenway construction and development time is relatively short,and the technical specifications and management system are not perfect,which makes the project quality difficult to control.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the control factors affecting the quality of Greenway project,implement scientific and effective quality control optimization,and explore a high-quality development,scientific and reasonable greenway quality management path.According to the basic theory and method of project quality management,this paper analyzes the quality problems and main influencing factors of Greenway project,and discusses the influencing path.The research results of this paper focus on the analysis of the influencing factors and the development path of the greenway project quality,and provide the basis for formulating the greenway project quality control measures and improving the construction quality.Based on the characteristics of the construction of the Dazhou Lake greenway project,this paper summarizes 12 factors affecting the quality of Greenway projects,uses the working principle and modeling method of ISM structural interpretation model,establishes a structural interpretation model of the factors affecting the quality of Greenway projects,and analyzes the relationship between the factors affecting the quality of Greenway projects.Then,the questionnaire analysis method is used to quantify the hierarchical relationship between the factors affecting the quality of greenway,and to identify the key factors of quality control.Finally,according to the conclusion of the structural analysis of the factors affecting the quality of the greenway project,the PDCA cycle method is used to put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems encountered in the actual construction of the Dazhou Lake greenway project,so as to achieve the purpose of the whole process management and optimization of the project quality.Through the research,it can be concluded that the effects of various quality influencing factors on the construction quality of Greenway project are interrelated and affect each other,and each factor can expand its own influence by affecting other factors.Therefore,targeted measures should be taken for the construction of Greenway project,so that the interaction effect between influencing factors cannot be transmitted and evolved,so as to avoid quality problems.Finally,reasonable quality control and optimization measures are put forward for the quality problems of Dazhou Lake greenway project,so as to provide reference for the construction management of similar projects. |
