Research On Project Schedule Management Based On PKPM-BIM

Ministry of Housing and Building "2011-2015 Construction Information Development Outline" put forward:In the project design phase and construction project progress management,accelerate the promotion of virtual reality construction,BIM technology,3D collaborative design,4D project schedule management technology,Improve the traditional production and management mode of the optimized project,and finally achieve the objective of enhancing the production efficiency and management level of the enterprise.At present,some problems existing in the progress management of project have greatly affected the efficiency and quality of project management.In order to solve the problems existing in the progress management of project,the paper introduces PKPM-BIM technology in project progress management.This thesis firstly analyzes and studies the existing theory of progress management,and then reviews a large number of materials and documents related to BIM progress management theory.In order to solve the problems existing in the project schedule management,the necessity of introducing PKPM-BIM technology in project schedule management is proposed.Under the PKPM-BIM technology system,the application project of project schedule management and construction progress management is integrated.Based on project cases studies,the progress of application and project management under PKPM-BIM platform are analyzed from the aspects of design progress management and construction schedule management implementation points.The research of progress management application based on PKPM-BIM platform proposed in this thesis is a preliminary discussion and attempt to progress management.lt hopes to provide some reference for the application and practice of project progress management.
