| In recent years,due to the low efficiency and high cost of manual inspection fire pump,it does not match the actual requirements with all day and full coverage of real-time inspect.Many fire pumps in the buildings can not be repaired timely because of corrosion damage and other malfunctions,and the outfall can not release water on time.It can be not work when the fire occurs,so that making the serious consequences.Therefore,the fire water devices inspect with the technical means,it can be insure that fire equipment can be used in real time.It is necessary that inspected automatically,finding the potential faults and understand the running state of the system for improving the reliability of the water system.From this demanding,designing the fire pump automatic inspection system.The main functions of the system including that remote control and automatic inspection.The first one,can monitor the running of the several fire pumps remotely,timely and exactly,master all the real-time parameters of each fire pump and control them according to the scene of the operation real time.The second one,fire management person can make online diagnosis,complete the automatic inspection of the fire pump and enhance the level of automation about the daily maintenance,based on real-time and historical operation monitoring parameters.The design of the system is mainly reflected in two aspects:In the hardware platform,use PLC(SIEMRNS,S7-1200)as the main controller,frequency converter(VEICHI,AC70E)for variable frequency speed regulation equipment,buzzer for sound and light alarm,three-phase power meter,contactor and other peripheral auxiliary equipment.Main controller through RS-485 to communication with inverter,release control instructions to the inverter,to achieve the control of the fire pump(including fire extinguishing pump,spray pump)start and stop function.At the same time,PLC also read relevant current,voltage,speed,fault and other information from the converter,protect the inverter and the water pump due to lack of main power supply,under voltage,over-current and other fault caused by fire equipment damage.When there is a fault,the buzzer will alarmIn software design,the main controller PLC(SIEMRNS,S7-1200)is developed by using ladder diagram programming language,the patrol control module realizes the relevant parameters such as frequency converter current,voltage,three-phase meter monitoring parameters and pump speed,temperature,pressure and other parameters;control function module to realize the frequency setting,manual / automatic switch control.In addition,this paper also uses the monitor and control generated system(MCGS)"to design human-computer interaction interface,it can achieve real-time display of the relevant parameters,alarm and real-time control.Finally,fire inspection system was debugged,including the implementation of hardware platform for functional testing,software testing of all function modules.The results show that the paper implementation of data acquisition,transmission,storage,remote control and data visualization system,completed the design and implementation of fire inspection control system. |
