With the development of communication and network of things,fire equipment of internet of things gradually appeared.The fire equipment health monitoring is an important research of fire equipment of internet of things,which main objective is to monitor the fire equipment,so the fire equipment failure can be detected in time to ensure that the fire equipment can run to the right,improved the success rate of firefighting.However,the new technology,new equipment has been applied,but how to make a large number of existing equipment can also be connected to the internet to achieve the online health monitoring of fire equipment has become a problem.In this paper,fire equipment data acquisition system based on the ZigBee and RS485 is proposed,by using the system,the fire equipment health online monitoring of existing fire equipment can be achieved.In this paper,the system includes a user information transmission device and a plurality of data acquisition device,data acquisition device with sensor will collected data of fire equipment and send the date to the user information transmission device.User information transmission device collects all the data of data acquisition devices,and sends it to server,so fire services department can remotely check the status of fire equipment.In the design of the system,ZigBee is the first choice of the communication between data acquisition device and user information transmission device,and when wireless transmission is not reliable,RS485 is adopt auxiliary,so a wired and wireless hybrid network is designed.In the hybrid network,there are many ZigBee nets,and those nets is connected by RS485,the hybrid network is better than pure ZigBee net in terms of packet loss rate and communication delay.Besides,ZigBee can set up network automatic,but how to connect the ZigBee nets by RS485 to make the whole net communicating efficiently is a problem.To solve this problem,this paper analyzes the mathematical model of hybrid network,and uses some algorithms to optimize and evaluate the wired connection,so the whole net can work in efficient.Based on the network communication and data acquisition scheme,the hardware circuit and software program are designed.In the part of hardware,core of data acquisition device is STM32 microcontroller,which is with the analog voltage acquisition port,analog current acquisition interface and digital data acquisition port and RS232 serial interface,which are used for collecting sensor data.The core of user information transmission is Exynos 4412 processor,which is with liquid crystal display,key input,audio output,network and other functions.Software program is mainly include the underlying device driver design,data communication protocol design,data acquisition,packaging,analysis,display and network transmission,etc..Finally,experiments and analysis indicate that this system,compared with ZigBee,has obvious advantages in terms of communication delay and packet loss rate,is more suitable for large scale layout in the complex struct building,to achieve the fire equipment connecting to network.
