Fire-fighting equipments plays a important role to protect people's property security in the building.In the operation and maintenance phase of a building,fire-fighting equipments need to get reliable and efficient maintenance to work.With the appearance of plenty large-scale buildings which have complex space and plenty of equipment,traditional 2D drawing cannot meet the needs of fire-fighting equipments information monitor.If fire-fighting equipments can't get timely maintenance,it can lead to equipments failures and the risk of fire risk degree of a building.To solve these problems,this thesis in the view of fire-fighting equipments operation and maintenance,builds a fire-fighting equipments information monitor system based on BIM to make fire-fighting equipment work sustainably and reliably.BIM as a digital method to design,construction and management,BIM maintenance model has high degree of information and visualization.To combine BIM and fire-fighting equipments information monitor,this article introduces the most important factors in fire-fighting equipments information monitor and introduces the vertical control model and terminal-to-terminal control model for information monitor.These factors and models makes fire fighting equipments information monitor based on BIM more refinement and flat.BIM maintenance model can make fire-fighting equipments information transfer in every phase of life cycle of a building.The use of BIM can improve the degree of information of fire-fighting equipment information monitor.Different from 2D plane and simple lines,BIM can build a digital model that contains all of the information of a construction,not only can give a true shape of component,it also can be rendered by color,the BIM model and real component are the same,we can also see the model from different angles.These advantages increase the degree of visualization of fire fighting equipments information monitor.This thesis set example of new library in BUCEA,uses BIM to build its maintenance model to obtain the equipment's static information includes name,model,parameters,etc.Then uses data interface to obtain the status of the underlying sensor as dynamic information.The dynamic information and static information will stored in the SQL database to interact with staff.Finally,this thesis finishes the design of UI,which the staff can use to meet the needs of fire-fighting equipments information monitor.The fire-fighting equipments information monitor method based on BIM,makes the build,transfer and interact of information of fire-fighting equipment more efficient,and BIM model also makes monitor more visualized.The efficiency and reliability of fire-fighting equipment information monitor is promoted.
