At present,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence,it has gradually penetrated into various industries and fields.In the operator positions of the Thermal Power Plant,there is a phenomenon that the work distribution of personnel is uneven and the novice is easy to cause mis-operation.At present,it is a new trend of intelligent power plant research to let intelligent software replace operator to complete basic operations and achieve reduce staff and increase efficiency.This paper analyzes the work flow of the traditional operator in the power plant and the problems they face in the work,and puts forward the establishment of virtual operator software(Virtual Operating Robot)to replace the real operator to complete the operation.In the form of human-computer voice interaction,the voice instructions of the main operator are received to complete the operation task.This paper studies the key technologies necessary to realize the function of virtual operator--Speech Recognition,TTS,operation command acquisition,matching.With the help of Microsoft SAPI voice development platform,the human-computer voice interaction function of virtual operator is realized by using Microsoft Speech SDK related speech recognition interface function,through Windows programming,the capture mouse action function and keyboard input function are compiled,the operation of mouse and keyboard is obtained,the operation command that can be reproduced is formed,and the operator operation is simulated.Write the BF algorithm program to match the text information with the captured operation commands.In this paper,the grammar rules of human-computer dialogue are designed,the syntax is analyzed and processed,and the virtual operator voice interaction library is designed and implemented.Based on the above technologies,the virtual operator software is developed and the function of the software is tested.Finally,by simulating the operation of the operator in the control room,the work of the virtual operator is realized on the DCS interface.The results show that the virtual operator can receive the voice instructions of the operator and complete the task.
