Study On Elderly-oriented Transformation Of Urban Old Residential Community Based On The Psychological And Behavioral Characteristics Of The Aged

The proportion of the elderly population is rising,as a result of various social problems caused by gradually aroused widespread attention around the world.The elderly living problem is one of the goals to solve the aging of the population,how to meet the demand of the elderly changing behavior and pension demand,is a worthy of attention and the problems to be studied in the future.The problem of aging population in our country is relatively outstanding,the old residential community in city center area were constructed too long time,due to the technical conditions and the limitations of design theory,the general lack of consideration for the elderly,With the development of economy and society,have already can not meet the increasing material and cultural needs of the elderly.The significant number of the elderly need to take care in old residential community,family supporting function is degradation,the social institutions for the aged have many problems,positive development community endowment become an important measure to solve the current problems of supporting old people.This study from the perspective of architecture,at the same time pay attention to the socioology,gerontology,psychology,behavioristics and other disciplines in relevant aspects,discusses how to optimize the living environment and the current situations of pension system of elderly in city old residential areas,considering the residential outdoor space environment and the pension service facilities configuration has a great influence on the quality of life of the elderly.Under the background of promote community endowment patterns,put forward the study on elderly-oriented transformation of old residential community.First of all,through on-the-spot investigation,photographs,unstructured interviews and other methods,in-depth analysis of the development present situation and the necessity of the transformation of the old residential area.And through the field obserration,activation record,questionnaire,interview and other method,in-depth knowledge the residentsce actuality,behavior characteristics and the support demand of the urban elderly people.Secondly,consider the elderly physical characteristics and psychological characteristics,combined with the behavioral characteristics and actual demand of the elderly,put forward to build the community of pension system constructing:on the one hand,to provide a safe and comfortable outdoor environment of residential area,stimulate the enthusiasm of elderly for social interaction;on the other hand to development and improvement configuration of the community pension service facilities,so that the elderly can enjoy the warmth of the family,but also can get good care service.Finally,according to the relevant theoretical basis,from two aspects of the transformation principle and the specific reformation measures put forward the suggestions for the elderly-oriented transformation of urban old residential community.Not only provide protection for the elderly's support demand and the quality of life,but also can realize the existing residential community sustainable development of cities in our country.
