The Comparative Study In Pension Residential Development Pattern Between China And Southeast Asian Countries

As a newly emerging country whose economic development has just made some achievements,our country started late in the aspect of pension construction.There is much space in the development of the old-age residential product market.It is necessary to make further exploration.The framework of this paper is divided into five parts.First of all,an overview of the development of housing for the elderly in China,including to describe basic concepts,to introduce the emergence and development of housing for the elderly,the necessary conditions,the status quo and the existing model.The second part analyzes Southeast Asia’s(represented by Singapore,Malaysia)and China’s social pension system,including old-age security,medical care security,housing security and government special program.The third part,from the technical aspects of the development of housing for the elderly,by analyzing the needs of the elderly customer base,the old-age housing product structure,completed the design guidelines for old-age housing.In the fourth part,the typical examples of Singapore,Malaysia and China’s housing products are analyzed.By comparing the product positioning,community supporting services,residential space allocation and property operation management,to find China and Southeast Asia in the development of old-age housing on the different characteristics.Finally,it summarizes the revelation to our country and the prospect of our country’s future pension market.
