International project management is becoming more and more important along with complicated international circumstances and intensive competition between each contractor.The Client starts to respect the project final result based on preciseness and being more realistic.The advantage of low cost in domestic human resource is vanishing due to domestic construction industry growing rapidly and threshold rising for international construction bidding.Therefore elaboration project management together with host country resourcing is the way for the future of the Chinese construction company.The communication problem appears when the project management team and executing team are composed by international resources.Project management informatization is an effective way to solve the problem.The project management efficiency will improve greatly through the project informatization system.This dissertation is generated from my own experience working for a couple of school projects.The localization management method is adopted after analyses of construction circumstances.The Project Management Contract(PMC)is used for the purpose of centralization management for all dispersing school projects by taking advantage of local construction team.The initial project management responsibilities changed after the PMC subcontractor involved in the project management.This dissertation is developed based on the point of the main contractor's view.The site management team is responsible for the executing of the project management task under the supervision of the main contractor and the PMC subcontractor.Initially the project is undertaken by the main contractor,while right now there are three parties coordinate together for the management of the project.This kind of management model brings challenges to each party's roles and responsibilities due to PMC involved,especially for the key management aspect of each party.To analyze each party's key management roles and responsibilities is becoming another important part of this dissertation.In order to make the project management informatization system more effectively,this dissertation structure develops according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge,which mainly consist of ten project management items.Those ten project management knowledge is attributed to relevant management parties under PMC model.The integration risk can not be solved only by the way mentioned above.This is the reason for us to focus on establishing the project management informatization system platform.The construction contract method is used as a mainline to analyze different management work flows,which will result in a uniform management circumstance for all PMC parties,for unambiguous project targets and improving integration project management.Finally the AHP method was used to evaluate the weightings for each index and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for the system performance.
