| With the acceleration of urbanization,China’s construction industry develops rapidly in the fields of infrastructure and civil construction, and gradually becomes a pillar industry of the national economy. At present, the urbanization rate of China still lags behind the average level of developed countries, and the construction industry will also face a broader market. The construction project has the characteristics of large investment, long construction period, many uncertain factors and many participants.Among them, the employer and the contractor are the core subjects of the construction project, and their cooperation has a key impact on the success of the project. However, the objective existence of the external environment and the inherent uncertainties of the project team in the construction project will affect the contractor’s pre-evaluation of the project output,as well as the degree of trust between both parties, thus affecting the behavior choice and cooperation effect of both parties. As the only criterion to restrict the contract, the design of contract terms and structure will have a different influence on the relationship between uncertain factors and the contract.Starting from the practical problems of improving the contract cooperation relationship, this paper identifies and discusses the uncertain factors affecting the contract cooperation relationship, analyzes and verifies the regulatory effect of the contract, and aims to reduce the negative impact of uncertain factors on the contract cooperation and promote the improvement of project performance through scientific and reasonable design of the contract. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the paper reviews the literature on uncertain factors, contract cooperation and contract related in construction projects, constructs the structural equation model with uncertain factors as independent variables, contract cooperation as dependent variables and contract as regulating variables, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis based on the engineering practice. Then, based on the results of literature analysis and expert interviews, each variable in the model is defined, the uncertainty of construction project is divided into the uncertainty of external environment and the uncertainty of internal behavior, the contract is divided into three dimensions of control, coordination and adaptation according to the function, and the measurement scale of the above variables is established.Through the questionnaire survey,a total of 240 sample data were collected,of which 212 were valid samples, and the reliability and validity of the measurement scale were tested. The structural equation model is used to test the research hypothesis put forward in this paper, and the action path of the uncertain factors in the construction project on the contract contract cooperation is verifiedunder the regulation effect of the contract,so as to reveal the action mechanism among the three. Finally, based on the research of this paper,it is concluded that the existence of external environment and internal behavior uncertainties will have a negative impact on the contract cooperation. The high degree of contract adaptation will reduce the negative influence of external environmental uncertainties on contract cooperation, but the contract control does not produce significant regulatory effect.A high degree of contract control and coordination can reduce the negative impact of internal behavior uncertainty on contract cooperation.Based on the research conclusion of this paper, the author puts forward the policy Suggestions of paying attention to the existence of internal behavior uncertainty and designing the contract structure and terms from the perspective of contract functionality,so as to provide certain theoretical guidance for improving the cooperation between contracting parties and improving the effect of contract governance. |
