Study On The Practice Of EPC Contract Technical In China Construction Work

The EPC mode as the representative of the general contractor in the design,construction,procurement integration features was widely respected countries and owners,especially from 2016 to 2017 as the country issued "to promote the sustained and healthy development of the construction industry opinions" and a series of promoting EPC mode development policy document established Zhejiang,Shanghai,Guangxi Province engineering contracting pilot area decision,showing more state support for the development of engineering general contract mode.However,in the process of development,there are many problems,such as unfair distribution of contract risk,strict contract terms,frequent contract disputes,high cost of contract management,and no trust between the parties.According to the analysis found these appear in the contract management problems and methods to solve these problems from the root and contract management and operation skills are closely related,so this paper presents a new concept of technology of EPC contract.In this paper,firstly,through the investigation of the current situation of the implementation of the EPC model as the representative of the general contract,the paper further confirms the necessity of studying the technical nature of the EPC contract.Secondly,refer to the reference books and related literature,define the technical concept of EPC contract.Then,from the technical performance of the construction contract to the technical performance of the EPC contract,it lays the foundation for the subsequent analysis of the structural equation model.Thirdly,according to the grey relational analysis method to determine the key factors affecting the EPC contract,and analyzing the key factors.According to the relationship between influence factors of technical EPC of the contract and form,putting forward relevant assumptions,through the analysis of structural equation model of influence on EPC contract technical factors andEPC contract performance,according to the fitness index to verify the hypothesis of the model,the results show that the maximum impact of technical factors the staff of the EPC contract,following by the contents of the contract,relational dimension,organization construction factors,and environmental factors.Finally,according to the analysis results of the model,the paper puts forward the corresponding counter measures to improve the technology of EPC contract.Research on EPC technology is introduced to the contract of the contract,which is a new concept,exploreing the relationship between technology and effect on EPC contract factors and forms,enriching the field of Engineering in China EPC general contract management.
